Core Talents are the headspring of enterprises' core ability as well as the enterprises' soul and backbone.Unreasonable drain of core talents can lead the enterprises into crisis.It brings huge explicit loss and implicit loss to enterprises.In this paper,the factors which affect core talents drain were considered,including enterprises' exterior and interior influencing factors,one self's factors etc.Then an early warning system of core talents drain crisis was built.The aim is to observe core talents' intention for leaving,and kill core talents drain crisis in the "cradle".
