This paper,focusing on the coal mine massive casualties in our country in recent years,has analyzed the reasons why the massive casualties are determinate to happen from the congenital conditions,technology level and management level of our country coal mine.At last,combining with our country newest policies in the aspect of coal mine safety in recent years,the author puts forward the countermeasures of massive casualty.It has certain meanings with coal mine safety management and emergency rescue in our country.
