摘要

Abstract: on characteristics of a submillimeter cantilever beam of variable cross section are investigated using computational and hologram interferometry methods. The computational method is based on the finite element approach. The hologram interferometry methods are based on the time-average and stroboscopic heterodyne hologram interferometry approaches. Mode shapes and resonance frequencies of the beam are determined as a function of its length. Comparison between the finite element results and the holographic results shows good correlation.!14
