A Variable Length High Vacuum Section adoptor for KF-40 to 100 mm NEC standard

In a high vacuum beam line if there is a section often required to taken out of the system, then it is desirable to have a bellow adjacent to it. The length compression and elongation of the bellow while removing and reinstalling the system become very useful. A variable length adopter with Wilson seal is designed and developed for some specific requirement is presented here. The adopter has several advantages over the bellow.
