摘要

For enhancing the output power and improving the qualities of output voltage and current waveforms, a three-level inverter with serialresonant load used in an induction heating power is introduced in this paper. To regulate output power of the loadresonant induction heating supply, the control strategy based on a novel PS-PWM (Phase-Shift PWM) and the control method of the proposed three-level inverter are proposed also. As a result, the inverter capacity is easily enhanced with the same rated voltage components as well as the harmonics of output voltage and current are obviously reduced by the novel PS-PWM control strategy. The theoretic analysis and the simulation results, using Pspice to simulate the practical operation of induction-heating power inverter (25 kHz, 540Vdc), show the rationality and validity of the proposed threelevel inverter topology and its control strategy.
