The paper presented the developed simu- lation model of the Switched Reluctance generator system based on Matlab-Simulink. The components of the system were given. The relationship of the excited current, the relationship of the supplying current, the relationship of the general phase current, were presented. The developed dynamic simulation models integrated with the generator, the exciting power converter and the control algorithm was given. The exciting power converter module, the phase current calculation module, the one phase output power calculation module, loads module, the energy storage and filter capacitance, were described. The simulation waveforms of the phase current with the different turn-on angle of the main switches, and with the different turn-off angle of the main switches, were also given. The simulation curves of the output power and the output voltage, the simulation waveforms of the excited current and the supplying current, were also presented.
