AUTONOMOUS ADJUSTING OF MACHINE TOOLS IN FMS,IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS

摘要

The aim of the project (AutoComp II) was toexamine the possibilities to build an autonomous measuringand compensation system for a flexible manufacturingsystem, FMS. This goal has been introduced in detail at theImeko 2000 conference in the paper 'Autonomous adjustingof machine tools in FMS'. The focus of this paper is on theimplementation and the results of the project.
