摘要

The stepped shaft is more popular in engineering practice. The active control of torsional wave in shaft isrnan important research subject in control of waves. In this paper, a two-stepped shaft is used as a basic physicalrnmodal. The propagating principle of torsional wave and response in the shaft system is studied. The vibrationrndisplacement amplitude at the error sensor is as cost function. The feedforward controller with single controlrnsource and a single error sensor has been applied. The optimal position of secondary source and the error sensorrnare determined. The theoretical simulation and experimental investigation on active control of torsional wave hasrnbeen undertaken. The results show that the active control of torsional wave could be successfully achieved.
