A Generalized Decision Model for Naval Weapon Procurement:Multi-Attribute Decision Making

The problem related to weapon procurement is complex. A Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model isrndeveloped for naval weapon procurement decision. This model is expected to give a decision maker (DM) arnbetter weapon selection. There are several MADM methods but none of them provides a solution in terms ofrncompensating individual values for an overall value. This paper suggests a new MADM method which canrnprovide an alternative ranking score by compensating these two values.
