Optimization Modeling DSS for Least Cost IDDRoute Planning

摘要

This article constructs a mathematical programming model to solve the capacity planning problem of In-rnternational Direct Dialing (IDD) services. Our study involves allocating forecasted IDD demand tra±c torndestination countries via partner suppliers at minimum cost. To facilitate its use, the model is integratedrninto a decision support system (DSS). Evaluating the data provided by a telecommunication operator showsrnthat the system can handle the problem very e?ectively and efficiently.
