Fuzzy Association Rule Mining in Entrepreneurship Research

摘要

A fuzzy association rule mining technique capable of processing both quantitative and categorical data is developed and implemented to study the relationships among social, political, entrepreneurial activities and economic growth. This technique results in rules revealing the cause and effect of entrepreneurial activities and the necessity of entrepreneurship in economic growth.The fuzzy association rule mining methodology is compared with multiple regression and the advantages and limitations of this method are given.
