How to Educate Students to be Future Systems Engineers?

Companies require new employees who can create a business chance and utilise information technology. For future systems engineers we have to teach students fundamental methods of systems engineering for development of information system or systems thinking. Teachers need an information environment and useful application software for students to freely use computers for their interesting field and chances to cultivate their abilities. As a result these environments strengthen their insights into issues, users' requirements and selection of software in views of problem solving and raise the level of their abilities dealing with information technology.
