COLORING TRANSMISSION ROUTES FOR WHEELING BY A MODIFIED SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS

In deregulated and competitive power systems, one of important problems in the wheeling is to maintain fairness and transparency in setting up its service rate. Also it is necessary to set the proper wheeling rate in order to achieve the efficient management of the electricity network. So in this paper, we propose a practical method that can be used for setting proper wheeling rate, to decide transmission routes to a specific contract between a supplier and a customer based on modified sensitivity analysis.
