The U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command's, Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center through its' Operational Telemedicine Laboratory focuses on researching and developing advanced technologies for the Combat Medic while at the Point of Injury and while en route to Theater advanced medical treatment facilities.
