摘要

This paper proposes a development on data warehouse and asset management intelligence architecture using MySQL with PHP and JAVA programing language for condition assessment of major assets in generating power plant. The assets consists of power transformer, high voltage air-insulated substation, gas-insulated switchgear, medium voltage switchgear, and underground cable system. The database setup for technical specification, factory test as well as routine inspection and maintenance such as visual inspection, electrical tests, and other special tests for each equipment are mentioned to evaluate the condition of the assets. The health index of each asset is calculated by applying weighting and scoring technique. Finally, the proper maintenance tasks and resource allocation are effectively and efficiently managed to optimize the overall cost.
