摘要

Traveling-wave methods for determining the location of fault, due to the development of radio electronics, are increasingly used in the power industry. The use of the traveling-wave method in treelike electric grids is perspective, where the application of classical methods of fault location is difficult. The paper considers simplified and complicated algorithms of the traveling-wave method for fault location in treelike distribution grids. The results of experimental measurements are presented. The working capacity of the developed traveling-wave method for fault location is shown for its use in treelike electric grids.
