Improved Monkey Tool for Random Testing in Mobile Applications

摘要

The growth of developing mobile application increases the need for mobile application testing to create free of errors application. Random testing such as monkey tool is frequently used to test mobile application. However, monkey tool suffers from shortcomings such as long time and low accuracy. In this paper, we propose an approach to improve the monkey tool. The proposed approach solves the monkey tool shortcoming and it decreases the time needed to run the test and increases the ability of the tool to catch errors to become more accurate and effective.
