A novel dual-band lens is designed utilizing the concept of Phase Gradient MetaSurface (PGMS). The proposed metasurface consists of 225 number of unit cells arranged in a 2D square array. Unit cell comprises of an elliptical patch surrounded by a square ring. To demonstrate the dual-band lensing effect, a dual-band antenna operating at 10GHz and 12GHz is utilized. Simulated results show a gain enhancement of 12.0 dB and 13.6 dB at 10GHz and 12GHz, respectively.
