摘要

Li0.5-x/2CoxFe2.5-x/2O4 ferrite prepared by sol-gel auto-ignition, crystallizes in the spinel-type crystal structure (Fd3m). Investigated the effect of substituting cobalt ions in nanosized lithium ferrites. Based on X-ray, SEM and Mossbauer analysis, has been shown that the structure and morphology are sensitive to substitution, which is manifested in the change in the electrical properties of the investigated structures.
