摘要

Multilayer coating consisting of alternating nanoscale layers of nickel-copper alloy and a mixture of metals with hydroxides were obtained by electrodeposition on copper wire from polyligand pyrophosphate-ammonia electrolyte by two-pulse potentiostatic method. Cyclic voltammetry study shows that the electrode demonstrate catalytic activity in reaction of glucose oxidation at the potentials of Ni(OH)2/NiOOH redox transition. The electrode can be used for non-enzymatic glucose detection. Sensitivity of electrode in 0.1 M KOH with 1-50 μМ glucose is 13986±9 μA mM-1cm-2 at +0.54 V and 1667±4 μA mM-1cm-2 for up to 6.3 mM glucose concentration at +0.6 V.
