Integrating And Implementing Of ISO, TQM Six Sigma

摘要

The complexity of today’s business environment has made it necessary to evaluate all the alternatives before committing your resources to an improvement process. This paper first analyzes and compares the differences between ISO 9000 certification, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma. Then combines them into an integrating quality management model. After that we systematically analyze the key factors and relationships between them. And finally, the steps of implementing the integrating quality management model are provided.
