摘要

This paper takes a three phase dry-type reactor with series magnet core for example. The wave process of reactor winding was computed and analyzed under the circumstances of applying lightning impulse voltage to single-phase, the insulation of Inter-phase and layer was determined by potential gradient between reactor units. The difference of the computation method between reactor and power transformer has been analyzed, and a new equivalent circuit model was developed on this basis. The field strength computation method of complex medium made up of epoxy resin and airway was given at the same time. The computation results show that the insulation margin meets the design requirement, and the insulation structure was reasonable. The computation method and results can provide reference for the insulation design of reactor.
