摘要

The effects of Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) on the microstructure of Ni-base superalloy are studied in this paper. The results show that, by HIP, the shrinkage and gas pores are eliminated effectively and homogeneous microstructure can be obtained. The porosity, which leads to fatigue and creep rupture failure in casting superalloys, is redeuced by HIP to improve properties.
