Two dimension real-time radiation imaging device for the hard ray with photon-counting type CdTe radiation detector was researched and developed. It is a device with the 35x35 arranged 1225 pixels including a virtual pixel in pixel pitch 1/10-inch pitch. All pixels are independently connected by original ASIC, and it has the energy distinction ability with five energy thresholds. The desecrated CdTe diodes were adopted in the photoelectric conversion elements by using eight ASIC of original development with maximum count rate 2Mcps / pixel and 5 energy distinction thresholds in this prototype.
