摘要

Biobased polymers produced from renewable biomass resources such as plant oil are attractive with respect to saving fossil carbon resources, reduction of CO2 emission and energy minimization for sustainable development and the establishment of a sustainable society. Such green polymers should be produced by environmentally benign processes, e.g., enzymatic and solvent-free processes,and by avoiding the use and generation of hazardous materials.
