THE STUDY OF OPTIMIZATION OF MODEL DEVELOPING PROJECT PLANNING WITH MONTE CARLO RANDOM SIMULATION

摘要

In this paper, we make a Monte Carlo random simulation in computer and realize random sampling and statistical analysis to the project plan with a WBS activities tree taken as the overall model of a model developing project. Based on these, an optimized goal based on the concept of relative deviation is built up and then we make a planning optimization on the sampling and simulation results in the method of least squares and realize the optimization of the model developing project ultimately.
