A 20 kHz hybrid resonant power source for the space station

A hybrid resonant inverter system is presented which satisfies thensteady state operating requirements of a power source for the spacenstation MSS (mobile servicing system). The steady state behaviour of theninverter is analyzed. A method to optimize the design of the resonantnnetwork is described. Finally, it is illustrated that the hybridnresonant inverter system maintains an excellent efficiency over varyingnoutput load demand
