TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL OF CELLULOSIC AND GREASY WASTES FROM INDUSTRY OF FLESH PRODUCTS IN THE VALLEY OF THE RIO PARDO (RS) - BRAZIL

In this work the possibility of biodegradation for the mixing method of compostagem (aerobic and anaerobic) of cellulosic and greasy residues was studied proceeding from meat industry in combination with biological silt. The heap constructed in third copy had suffered accompaniment from its operational parameters (humidity, temperature and turning) during a period of 60 days. The performance of the process was evaluated through the accompanying of the decrease of relation C/N initial of 40:1 to 12:1, diminution of the matter organic content and the availability of the macronutrients of the generated organic composition. The analysis of the results demonstrated the existence of a method of potentially applicable treatment that supplies subsidies the development of a program of use of the biodegradable organic residues as byproducts, with the purpose to reuse and to add commercial value to this raw material that generally is considered useless.
