Study on sustainable development planning mode of iron and steel plant

摘要

Author have been engaged in research work of environmental protection planning for metallurgical works since 1990's, especially for iron and steel complex with a certain production scale. How carry out "discharge by standard, total quantity control and cleaner production" and realize reasonable resource utilization and benign ecological environment circulation when modifying industrial structure are the major study topics.
