摘要

Subdivision of finite element, establishment of finite element equations and combination of elements are introduced in detail. Discretion of control equations is made by using the explicit finite element method, and the formula of forecast – correction of second order of Adams is established to solve finite element equations. The water-sediment math model of finite element for 2D non-constant flows is built and its adaptability is checked by means of the computation for Jiahetan to Gaocun sections on the lower Yellow River
