According to the principle of air motion, there is no resistance to static air; therefore, resistance to the flowing water inside a tube is negligible in hydraulics. A hydraulic experiment as devised by the writers had been put to test in Qinghua University demonstrating a phenomenon hitherto unknown to people. As the Gravity flow of water has been mixed with air at the entrance, which under lower pressure inside the tube would escape to accumulate at concave spot of the tube. When the air that accumulated exceeds a critical volume, the normal flow of water would be interrupted, and hence the air obstruction happens. To explain such a phenomenon according to routine is irrational. Hence, we would consider that as the air that accumulated inside the tube reaches certain specific volume, an obstruction force would surely ensue, hence the law of air obstruction within the tube is thus obtained. Moreover, how to derive the magnitude of air resistance within the tube, a technical experiment of the manual control of air infusion is herewith introduced
