“Digital Yellow River” Project—“Digital Watershed” Practice

Digital valley is a new concept put forward in recent years, which related to many subjects such as water conservancy, information technology and so on. There still has no recognized definition concluded nowadays. According to individual understanding for “Digital Valley”, and based on the development and management practice in the Yellow River Basin, this paper annotates the “Digital Yellow River Project”, establishes its general framework mainly including basic infrastructure, applied service platform, application system, ensuring system, etc., and expatiates clearly the functions and relations between components
