PARTICLE FILTERING FOR EXTENDED TARGET TRACKING

摘要

The problem of tracking extended targets is considered in this paper. A Bayesian recursive solution is proposed and a regularized particle filter is used to implement the recursive steps of this solution. A Gaussian plume target tracking example is used to demonstrate the fealibility of using efficient particle filtering solutions in real application.
