Verification of IMU/DGPS Velocity Measurements by applying the Wigner-Ville Transformation on Airborne SAR data

A method was developed that allows to verily the accuracy of IMU/DGPS velocity measurements, if the position of a point scatterer and the SAR antenna are known. The reference data are generated out of the SAR data, applying a Wigner-Ville transformation to range compressed chirp signals of point scatterers.
