This paper aims to enumerate the methods used in tunnels analysis and construction procedures,rndemonstrate and evaluate the use of PLAXIS 3D tunnel program through a comparison with analytical method.rnTwo methods (analytical and numerical) have been used to obtain the solution of tunnel analysis.A case studyrnwas performed for London Transport Fleet Line, located in Green Park and consists of a single tunnel.rnThe analytical solution carried out using the Bobet method, whereas the numerical accomplished by finiternelement PLAXIS program.Two different process of numerical analysiswere conducted; with and without respectrnto construction process.rnThe settlements at the tunnel center for the analytical, numerical without respect to construction and observedrnwere found 7.9, 5.72 and 6.1 mm.
