摘要

The most outstanding advantage of Newton method is fast convergence rate, but the disadvantage is that Hesen matrix and inverse matrix must be calculated. In order to hold the advantage and overcome the disadvantage of Newton method, the Optimized scale transformation method uses the scale matrix to replace Hesen matrix. In this paper, the component content of shale sandstone reservoir and that of ultra-high pressure (UHP) metamorphic rocks have been calculated, and the metamorphic rocks has been recognised by optimized scale transformation method. The log analysis results show that the application effect of optimized scale transformation method in the lithology recognition and content computation is good.
