RISK ESTIMATION OF NATURAL DISASTER IN HUNAN PROVINCE BY FUZZY MATHEMATICAL METHOD

摘要

In general, the historical data recorded natural disasters as the base of the risk estimation always not well distributed and the data is not enough, so the traditional statistical methods are unsuitable to calculate prior estimation of risk. In calculating risk of natural disaster for a Chinese insurance company, we employed a fuzzy method named the normal information diffusion method to deal with incomplete fuzzy information in the historical data and got better effect.
