摘要

In China telecommunications regulation on credit rating system has stepped into an infant stage, which is lack of ideal support. It presents in this paper systematically the design of credit rating system on telecommunications enterprises, which is not only an efficient method to solve the problems in current telecommunications regulation, but also an important part of long-term effect mechanism. It's a new method with good effect for telecommunications regulation in the future.
