摘要

This paper describes a feasibility study on the recycling of treated wastewater from a steel company using NF and RO flat-sheet membrane and a 2.5 inch spiral wound RO module. The study focused on the efficiency of removal of dissolved ions and the conductivity rejection rate. The NF (HL, DK) and RO (AG) flat-sheet membrane experimental results show conductivity rejection rates of 38.2,33.2, and 96.2% at 20 kg/cm2, and 25℃. AG 2540 pilot scale experimental results show that the conductivity rejection rate and dissolved ion rejection rate were higher than 90% and 85% respectively at the above experimental condition. The result for flat-sheet and pilot scale experiments showed that the RO membrane is very effective at removing dissolved ions from wastewater.
