摘要

In this article, we synthesized a new kind of surfactant named AEOT, which formed reverse micelle, and applied to separation of proteins and enzymes. Experiments indicated, its reverse micelles water content was larger than that of AOT. Thus it was beneficial to the extraction and separation of large molecular proteins in its reverse micellar system.
