摘要

The theory of catalytic chemistry is applied in this paper to establish a micro-dynamic model of enterprises' sustainable development concerning the current emerging problems and challenges during the running process of the enterprises, and then the dynamic mechanism of sustainable enterprises based on the model is discussed. The relationship between sustainable development and the input and output factors as well as their structure, external environment and especially the vitality of enterprises are analyzed. The analysis is conducted to conclude that only by improving the whole making and capability of enterprises themselves and by cultivating the core competency at the precondition of focusing on the overall performance, whilst coordinating all the factors from both internal and external dynamically and making them evolved and harmonized, can enterprises achieve lasting progress.
