摘要

The tail gas turbine has been used for the blast furnace. There is wet steam, solid particle in tail gas. Near the solid surface, the movement behavior of the solid particle is affected by the wet steam especially, when the tail gas flows through the turbine. In this paper, the physical property of the wet steam is considerd for the numerical simulation of the tail gas flow. The affection of the wet steam and the rebound from the solid surface are introduced. The simulation results show that the affection is obvious when there is the wet steam. The rebound amplitude of the particle is less. It is easy to affix to surface. The movement behavior of the solid particle is obtained for the different particle granularity and channel inclination in which the tail gas passes through.
