Study on multimedia simulation environment design technology for nc processing

摘要

The paper presents a new method for NC processing simulation with multimedia technology, The ray tracing technology is adopted to complete graphical generation for a high-fidelity virtual NC turning machine center. The avi file format is used to build the logic link of image and sound. In the simulation, the feature model technology is used to avoid the complicated Boolean operation. The real time simulation using the ray tracing technology in global illumination model is discussed.
