Setup of Mathematical Model for Measuring the Moisture Content of Granular Mateiral in High-speed Weight Loss Method

摘要

The paper describes the drying process for measuring the moisture content of granular mateirals in high-speed weight loss method, which is divided into two periods, constant-rate drying period and falling-rate drying period. In the research, the sample is put into the resistance furnace which temperature is the limited drying temperature higher than 105 deg C. The drying process is discussed and the mathematical model is reached. The mathematical model is proved by experiment.
