摘要

This report describes the results of measurement of tapping dneisty of a total of 6 samples with different particles sizes of 3 kinds of fine ceramics raw materials, Al_2O_3, Si_3N_4 and SiC. The measurement data of each sample was then analyzed by applying Kawakita's equation.
