In the paper a model of product's distribution of the monodispersion fragile material's jet milling in a single-pass is presented. On the basis of Maxwell-Boltzmann law the algorithm of analytical evaluation of arbitrary particle-class mass fraction in the whole product of free comminution is worked out. In the presented model it is assumed, that particle size distribution of comminution product can be analytical determiend basing on classic Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics, which relates to the molecules distribution on energy levels of ideal gas. This distribution is not uniform but it is subject of maxwelian distribution law. A kinetic energy of ideal gas molecules translatory motion without energy of molecular potential interactions is subject of Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics. It is proved, that there is an analogous case for solid.
