All-involvement Innovation (AII) of Enterprise and Its Organizational Mechanisms

Today facing the super-competition market, innovation has been the lifeblood of organizational competitive advantage and sustainable development. All staffs-driven innovation has been paid more and more attention. How to involve and challenge all staffs into innovation and develop human resources in a effective organization way is the key to be answered in the all-involvement innovation (AII). In this paper, the content and characteristics of AII and the relative organizational mechanisms are to be researched from personal and organizational capabilities with the integration of some successful cases studies. This paper can be divided into four sections: 1) introduction; 2) literature review, 3) All-involvement innovation, mainly definition of AII; 4) Organizational mechanisms for All by introducing and analyzing the mechanisms of "EASY"; 5) conclusion and the further research directions.
