Establish Core Competence of the Enterprise: from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship

Talented people and competence are essential to the success of enterprise in fierce competition. However, each employee in the enterprise has different duty and rank so their influence imposed on enterprise differs. Among these, entrepreneur's influence is the relatively most. With regard to competence of the enterprise, core competence acts as the key to sustained competition advantage of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper analyzes the special statuses and functions of entrepreneur and core competence in the enterprise as well as the relationship between them. It focuses on the role that entrepreneurship plays in the course of cultivation, maintenance and upgrading of core competence. And then, it establishes the development system for core competence of the enterprise from the perspective of entrepreneurship. The system demonstrates how entrepreneur exerts entrepreneurship to allocate and integrate internal and external resources so as to build up the mechanism beneficial to the development of core competence. In conclusion, it lists some problems that should be noted when the system is implemented.
