摘要

Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technique,the three-dimensional inner flow field of a large-sized throttle valve was built and the dynamics characteristics of the control valve were analyzed.The results indicate that the main reason for the spool and valve vibration was the cavitations at the spool and the whirlpool flow at the outlet of the valve,and the fluid velocity rises as the decreasing of the flow area at the same opening.The research findings will provide the theory basis for the later throttle valves development and optimization with littler vibration and higher efficiency.
