摘要

A special dual-dimensional optoelectronic sensor for position detection(SDOS) with a laser light source is a typical application of comprehensive signal processing technniques. A study on comprehensively applying three typical kinds of filter techniques and optimizing parameters of SDOS to gain high ratio of signal to noise (55dB) in high optical noise is presented in this paper. The SDOS with high positioning accuracy can be used in the very worse conditions of the reheating furnace for its characteristics of anti-interference to strong light and mechanical vibration.
